This page explains how to request deletion of any data Samurai Dog Software
holds about you from our mobile apps (the "Apps"). For full details on what we
collect, please see our Privacy Policy.
Our Apps do not require user accounts.
We do not ask you to sign up, log in, or provide personal information such as
your name, email, or phone number to use the Apps. There are no user accounts
for us to delete.
1. What Data May Exist
Even without an account, a small amount of pseudonymous data may be associated
with your device through the third-party services our Apps use:

Retained as required by tax and consumer-protection law; otherwise deleted on request.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of any data we hold that relates to your device or
in-app purchases, send an email to the address below.
Analytics events and crash reports associated with your app instance ID will be deleted from Firebase.
Any support correspondence we hold relating to your request.
Any other personal data we may hold relating to you.
What is retained, and why
Purchase records: Transaction records (order IDs, dates, amounts, product IDs)
may be retained for up to 7 years where required by tax,
accounting, and consumer-protection laws. These records do not include your
name or payment card details.
Aggregated/anonymized data: Statistical data that cannot be
used to identify you or your device may be retained indefinitely.
Data held by Apple or Google: Data held by the App Store,
Google Play, AdMob, or Firebase under their own controllership is subject to
their respective privacy policies and deletion processes:
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and
complete them within 30 days. If your request is more complex
or we need additional information to verify it, we will let you know.
5. Self-Service Options
You can also take the following steps yourself at any time, without contacting us:
Uninstall the App. This stops all new analytics, ad, and
crash data collection from your device.
Reset your Advertising ID in your device settings:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID"
Manage purchases directly in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
